Vix Records was created by 5-time Grammy winner Victor Wooten and a few of his friends in order to better maintain control of his musical creations and to finally understand and insure that the artists involved fully benefit from their efforts.

Following Victor’s successful model of creating Music that focuses on filling his soul rather than his pockets, he has found that this is the best recipe for doing both.

Vix Records ’ success as an independent label relies on not being dependent on what we normally label as success.
